Anna Evans-Goldstein
LMSW
Radically non-judgmental, Anna draws on her decades of experience working in social movements to help you work towards a life in line with your values. Building on the belief that we can all be present, authentic, and whole, Anna's approach is informal, collaborative, and direct, gently guiding your attention to the ways in which you are your own best teacher. She places emphasis on the relationship between our mind, body, and spirit, and she encourages connection and community with others and the more-than-human world.
Anna has focused on topics of grief, loss, death, and dying that make up the most intimate of human experience. She has experience working with individuals and their families at the end of life and those experiencing acute or chronic life-altering illnesses and other major life transitions. She has also worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or intimate relationship issues. Anna works through a radical, political, intersectional, and intergenerational lens, and she will help you develop healthy coping skills, insight into patterns, and identify steps towards the life you want.
Anna sees clients at our Baltimore office and via telehealth!
