Luke Percy

LGPC

As a therapist, Luke believes that every client is inherently whole, good, and wise, as he understands how easy it is for us to feel less than this given the challenges we face day-to-day and over the course of our lives. His areas of focus are treating trauma-particularly as it results from unpredictable or repetitive harmful patterns in the home-as well as resolving issues of anxiety, depression, and grief.

Luke's approach combines traditional talk therapy with body-based, mindfulness practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork. He seeks always to provide clients with the relational safety they need to bridge the gap between what happened in the past, and how the past affects life in the present. To this work Luke brings non-judgment, patience, curiosity, and a deep desire to help clients connect body, mind, and spirit.

Luke is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counsellor, LGPC. He obtained his Master's in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University, Maryland. He is also a licensed yoga instructor, RYT200, specialising in the connection between Eastern philosophy and Western practice.

Luke sees clients virtually and in-person in our Baltimore office!
